R & D activities at M/s Neha Impex Pvt. Ltd.
We
are constantly endeavouring to create Shade nets and Mulch Film at M/s
Neha Impex Pvt. Ltd. for any specific application in the Horticulture
and Floriculture sectors. For the development of Color, GSM, Shade
percentage, Size, thickness, etc., we regularly communicate with Farmers
and Government Department Research Organizations. Any advancement
depends on end-user feedback from the application. The applications for
Shade nets in car shade, paddy drying, pandal covering, fencing, etc.
are also being worked on by our R and D team. We test the quality of
finished products in our laboratory against the required standards for
GSM, Breaking Strength, Bursting Strength, Shrinkage, Shade Percentages,
Color, etc.
The following test instruments are installed in our QC Laboratory at the suggestion of SASMIRA, Mumbai
- The breaking strength of the Shade net and the TS/EB of Mulch film are provided by tensile test equipment.
- Equipment that provides bursting strength for Shadow-net
- Using an electronic balance and cutter, Shade net GSM is measured.
- Equipment that measures shade percentage produces Shade Net shade percentage.
- Thickness gauge from a well-known manufacturer for gauging Mulch film thickness.
- Possess a facility for measuring Shrinkage of Shade Net in a chamber that can condition samples in hot air and water.
Beyond everything at the plant level, we work on:
- Designing
a new production environment, optimizing strategies, and reducing
manufacturing defects are all examples of improving process performance.
- Creating
innovative and effective products: Establishing characteristics that
have a clear connection to product performance, measuring under
conditions that are completely known, and Selecting or creating devices
that are precisely suited to each task in cooperation with highly
qualified experts.
- Finished
goods performance is dependent on the quality of the input materials
(raw materials, MB), and we are actively involved in constantly checking
every parameter. For any specific application, such as the cultivation
of vegetables or beetle vines, our company regularly works in
collaboration with various agencies.

organizations, universities, Central and State Government Depts, raw
material manufacturing companies, Poly house makers, and consultants are
with us (e.g. OUAT, SATSA, CIPET, PFDC, VCKV, NHB, RKVY, ATMA, DHO,
